About the role

As a Food Production Operator at Orkla, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and responsible role where process monitoring is the focus. You will play a key role in the work, responsible for quality control and ensuring that production follows established routines and regulations.

Here, top quality and safe products are our highest priority! The tasks may vary depending on which department you work in.

In this role, you will become part of an engaged and positive team where collaboration and attention to detail are the keys to success. We work quickly and efficiently together to deliver the highest quality. The position is full-time and involves working either during day hours or in a 2-shift system.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career in the food industry! This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Adecco and seconded to our client, Orkla, in Kungshamn, with a start date after the summer.

About you

We are looking for you who are a team player, detail-oriented, and structured in your work. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are always ready to give your best. Work ethic and a willingness to take responsibility are second nature to you. To succeed in the role of Food Production Operator, we see that you have:

• Good physical fitness, as the work involves a lot of standing and walking
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing – you have no problem understanding and following instructions
• A flexible attitude towards your tasks
• A driver's license and access to a car
