About the role

As a CNC operator, you will work in a company focused on contract manufacturing of turned and milled parts. The main focus of the role is turning, although milling is also involved. Here, you will become an important part of a small team where craftsmanship, quality, and collaboration are at the center.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Setting up and operating CNC machines, primarily lathes
• Manual programming
• Reading technical drawings and conducting quality control
• Simple machine maintenance and repairs
• Other typical workshop tasks
• Contributing to improvements in processes and working methods

The position is full-time and scheduled during day shifts (approx. 07:00–16:00, with shorter hours on Fridays). You will be employed as a consultant by OnePartnerGroup, with the intention that you will be taken on permanently by the client company after approximately six months, provided everything goes well.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience with CNC machining and feel confident working independently from drawing to finished part. You have a technical interest and an understanding of materials and processing.

We would like you to have:

• Experience with CNC turning (milling experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of manual programming
• Good skills in reading technical drawings and metrology
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)

Merits:

• Experience with Fanuc or Mitsubishi control systems
• Forklift license
