Within the Product Development unit, you will work on product development for high-tech and intelligent products for tomorrow's sustainable world. The products come from all the industries that AFRY Connected Products currently works with:

• Defense
• MedTech
• Industrial Technology
• Telecom
• Consumer Products
• Automotive

Your workplace can be either at the customer's site or at our office in Solna. You will have the opportunity to try out a variety of assignments and industries without having to change employers!

Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for you who have experience in one or more of these areas:

• Electronic Design
• PCB Layout
• Embedded Design
• ASIC / FPGA Design

Along with an academic education, we expect you to have good proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Swedish is a merit. We require that you are resident in Sweden.

Depending on your specific experience, we look for knowledge in one or more of the following:

• Digital design, but also analog design and RF are of interest, preferably with tools like Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
• IP design and verification
• Signal and power integrity, simulations, EMC, and preferably tools like ADS, SIwave, HFSS, Hyperlynx
• HW-near programming
• Requirements management or systems engineering
• Wireless communication, high-speed links, or similar
• Troubleshooting, board bring-up, lab work

Naturally, we also place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a consultant, it is important that you work independently and are accustomed to taking initiative. Since many assignments are carried out in collaboration with both customers and colleagues, you should also have good social skills and enjoy working in a team.
