We collaborate with ambitious companies in various industries — SaaS, HR, marketing, telecommunications, public procurement, finance, etc. — helping them grow through qualified B2B meetings.

Due to increased demand, we are now looking for driven appointment setters who are communicative, self-starting, and motivated by creating business opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an appointment setter at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales process. Your tasks include:

• Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the offer.
• Working with modern tools: CRM, dialer, dashboards, etc.
• Following structured work methods and meeting clear targets.
• Delivering professional calls that spark interest and build trust.

• Have a positive attitude even on tougher days.
• Master one or more European languages, such as:

English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, etc.
