About the position

We at Ikett Personalpartner are now looking for machine operators for one of our clients in Finspång! As a machine operator, you will become an important part of the manufacturing team and have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in an environment where collaboration and development are in focus. You staff the machines, load tools, and ensure that every detail meets the highest quality standards. You load new programs, monitor the machining process, check the completed work, and document results. The work is varied and involves working with several different machines and tasks, which provides the opportunity to both develop new skills and contribute with previous experience and competencies. The start for the position is immediate or as agreed. Working hours include 2-shift or night shifts.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a workshop education with a focus on CNC and several years of experience in similar work
• Is ambitious, curious, and willing to both learn new things and share your knowledge
• Is accustomed to reading drawings, works carefully, and has a strong focus on quality
• Thrives in collaboration but can also work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
