Chefs Culinar is looking for a meticulous, structured, and service-oriented Master Data Specialist for the Arlöv unit

Responsibilities

As a Master Data Specialist, you are responsible for quality-assuring and managing master data for articles in the business system and the webshop. You will maintain prices, discounts, margins, markups, and support structures within the business system. You will also contribute to the development of solutions for automation and enhanced system support for handling article data, prices, and margins.

The role involves both routine tasks and daily challenges, requiring responsibility, endurance, and engagement to ensure excellent quality of our master data.

Examples of tasks included in the role are:

• Quality-assure and manage article master data in business systems and webshop
• Maintain prices and margins
• Ensure data flows from external sources (e.g., GS1/Validoo, Dabas)
• Handle price updates and correct discrepancies
• Ensure supplier data and certificates are up to date

You will have many contact points in this role and will handle issues and questions from sales, purchasing, and suppliers on a daily basis.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in purchasing, economics, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent, and/or several years of experience working with master data. You will be an important part of a small team, which requires responsibility and stability.

The tasks require you to be structured and methodical in your work, while also being able to handle frequent interruptions from questions and issues requiring your immediate attention.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are meticulous and have an eye for detail, while also being service-oriented, communicative, and solution-oriented. It is also important that you are stress-resistant and able to juggle multiple tasks throughout the workday.

We assume you have good general computer skills, experience with business systems, and strong knowledge of Excel. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required. German and Danish are meritorious. Experience with SAP is meritorious. Experience working within the food industry is meritorious.
