Are you a driven and goal-oriented salesperson looking to work fully remotely?

We at Nordpolen Energi are growing rapidly and are now looking for engaged salespeople who want to help private individuals and businesses invest in solar panel systems, battery storage, and roof replacements.

As a salesperson with us, you work from home and are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

You will receive concrete customer inquiries that you contact via phone. You schedule and conduct phone meetings where you develop a tailored solution adapted to the customer's conditions and needs. Afterward, you create and send an offer and follow up on the deal until it is closed.

You work against clearly defined goals and have great opportunities to influence both your own salary and the company's development, as you work closely with management on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities

• Contact incoming customer inquiries to schedule phone meetings
• Conduct phone meetings and present solutions for solar panel systems, battery storage, and roof replacements
• Create and send offers based on the customer's conditions and needs
• Follow up and drive deals to closure
• Work towards set goals and contribute to the team's collective results

We are looking for someone who

• Is independent, driven, and goal-oriented
• Thrives working from home and can take personal responsibility
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys building customer relationships
• Is proficient with computers and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has previous sales experience (mandatory)

• 100% employment with a 6-month probation period, followed by a permanent position
• Base salary plus commission
