Elbogen Electric is an experienced player on the Nordic market for customized power distribution solutions. The company designs, produces, and installs power facilities, as well as performing service, maintenance, and upgrades for industrial and property customers throughout Sweden.

In recent years, Elbogen has evolved from primarily being a product supplier to also delivering complete power contracts and aftermarket services. Through the business area Power Services, they are now expanding their growth in service, feasibility studies, maintenance, and long-term customer relationships.

About the role

As an Account Manager within Power Services, you will have a central role in developing Elbogen's aftermarket business within service, maintenance, and electric power. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you build relationships with industrial and property customers and drive business from first contact to long-term cooperation. You work closely with decision-makers and technical managers, focusing on identifying future needs, creating business opportunities, and developing customers' electric power solutions over time. The role includes, among other things:

  • Drive proactive sales and build long-term customer relationships
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process – from first contact to agreement
  • Work with service agreements, feasibility studies, and aftermarket solutions
  • Conduct inventories and lifecycle analyses of switchgear and electric power facilities
  • Identify new business opportunities within service and modernization
  • Collaborate closely with project management and technical specialists internally
  • Participate in dialogues regarding energy efficiency and future electric power needs

About you

We are looking for you who are business-driven, relationship-building, and thrive in a role with great personal responsibility. You like working close to the customer, building long-term relationships, and driving business forward in a technical environment. You have a consultative working style, are confident in dialogues with decision-makers, and are motivated by creating value for the customer over time. To succeed in the role, we also believe you are self-reliant, structured, and have strong personal drive. We would like you to have:

  • Experience of B2B sales within technology, industry, or a related field where you have driven the entire sales process independently
  • Technical understanding and interest in electric power and energy solutions
  • Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious is experience within electric power or a related technical field, preferably in combination with complex B2B sales where you have worked consultatively and built long-term customer relationships.

Other information

  • Start: According to agreement
  • Location: You are based in Malmö, but travel within Sweden occurs.
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Salary: Fixed salary + bonus model and company car.
