Our client is a rapidly growing green-tech company, combining technology and innovation with a strong focus on sustainability.
The Role – Where Technology Meets Customer Focus
As a Technical Support Specialist, you are the crucial link between users and technology. You are the one who catches questions, solves problems, and guides customers in the right direction – all with a combination of technical expertise, pedagogical skills, and top-notch service.
You will:
- Provide technical support and guidance via email and phone.
- Understand, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues in systems and integrations.
- Explain complex technical details in a simple, clear, and reassuring way.
- Engage in dialogue with product and development teams when you find bugs, opportunities for improvement, or new needs.
- Contribute to a customer experience built on trust, longevity, and satisfied users.
Who We Think You Are
- You have experience in technical support, service, or a role where technology and customer contact are combined.
- You navigate systems easily, enjoy logic, and like "solving mysteries".
- You can understand technical details, integrations, and data logic, and explain them pedagogically.
- You are passionate about good service and feel confident in customer dialogues, even when questions are complex.
- You are communicative, structured, and calm when things need to be solved quickly.
- You thrive in an environment where sustainability, innovation, and technology go hand in hand.
Meritorious (but not required):
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or working with data structures.
- Experience with SaaS products or tech environments.
- Interest in sustainability, climate data, or green tech solutions.

This is a consulting assignment for an initial 6 months, where you will be employed by Hero, with very good chances of being hired directly by our client after this period. Start date according to agreement.
