Defentry is looking for a Junior Product Manager who wants to work at the intersection of product, business, and customer. The role has a clear commercial and strategic focus, but is also operational – here you are involved in doing the work, not just setting the direction.

Here you will have the opportunity to influence how Defentry's product platform is developed, positioned, and creates business value – in a company where much is already in place, but where the structure is now being set for the next growth phase.

In the role, you will:

• contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap together with the team
• analyze the market, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities
• prioritize initiatives that create the greatest business value
• gather and translate insights from customers, sales, and marketing into concrete improvements
• independently drive and follow up on initiatives from idea to launch
• support the launch of new features and offerings
• work closely with management, sales, and marketing to ensure the right product positioning

We are looking for someone who:

• has approximately 3 years of experience in product, business development, consulting, or similar
• has a good understanding of SaaS businesses and digital products
• is analytical and comfortable with creating decision-making materials independently
• thrives in working operationally and getting things done
• is self-starting, structured, and enjoys having many contact points
• has a strong interest in product strategy and commercial development
• technical understanding is a plus
