Our operations within Forestry & Gardening are growing. We have now completed the expansion of our 150 sqm workshop and need to add one more person to the team. The position can be between 60-100%, depending on your preference.

The Role!

As a workshop mechanic, you are a vital cog in the machine, serving as the face of the company towards our customers. You share responsibility for the workshop together with your colleagues. Your primary tasks will involve repairing and servicing machinery within the forestry and gardening sector, such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, etc. We have recently made a new investment by hiring a person focused on selling robotic lawn mowers, so installing robotic lawn mowers at customer sites during the season may also become part of your work. We jointly plan the purchase of machinery and spare parts, and even though your focus lies on service and repair, you will also be involved in sales. The workload during the season can sometimes be high, but we support each other as a team. Who are you?

You are more of a mechanic than a shop salesperson, but it is important that you have high customer service skills, which is something we value highly. Perhaps you have experience from a small engine workshop, or perhaps you work in another field but tinker and fix things whenever you have a spare moment. Perhaps you already have some experience with the repair and servicing of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines? Delivering high quality, having the drive to make a customer happy, and being a problem solver are things you identify with. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, as we are a team that helps each other out. You have a strong service mindset, so even if you love working with tools, you appreciate contact with people/customers. You are flexible, helpful, and able to handle a certain workload during the season.
