About the Role

Our client is one of Sweden's leading companies in the distribution of technical solutions and installation products. They are now looking for 1–2 logistics coordinators for a project in Gävle, where you will be on-site throughout the assignment and responsible for ensuring the logistics flow runs smoothly from start to finish.

The role is hybrid – approximately 80% is performed at the computer, and the remaining 20% is operational on-site. You do not need to have done exactly the same job before, but similar experience is a big plus. We are looking for someone who wants to step into a role with own responsibility and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan the inbound and outbound flow of goods on the construction site
• Handle and register goods in the system
• Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers and customers
• Coordinate deliveries with resources on-site
• Ensure that processes and routines are followed
• Take ownership of the project's logistics throughout the assignment

Conditions

• Employment type: Staffing via Simplex, 12 months with a good chance of extension
• Location: Gävle
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
• Salary: 34,000 SEK/month (200 SEK/hour) according to GFL
• Start: Immediately

• Are driven, self-motivated, and take responsibility without needing to be told
• Have good computer skills and are quick to learn new systems
• Enjoy customer dialogue and communicate professionally
• Have an eye for planning and structure
• Are energetic and enjoy working at a fast pace
• Have similar experience from logistics, construction projects, or administration

Merits

• Experience as a foreman or coordinator
• Background in warehousing, logistics, or the construction industry
• Counterbalance truck license
