Niemi Bil continues to grow and develop, and we are now looking for reinforcements for our team in Kiruna.

As one of Sweden's fastest-growing car dealerships, we are looking for you, with the heart in the right place, to join our journey towards becoming the most satisfied customers in the car industry. We are now looking for another passenger car salesperson for our facility in Kiruna.

In the role of salesperson at Niemi Bil, you will guide the customer through the entire car purchase process, from start to finish. You will be responsible for the entire process - from the first customer meeting to trade-in, contract signing, and delivery. You will guide your customer through our products, test drives, and provide information about accessories and financing solutions.

A car is often one of the biggest purchases one makes in life, and as a salesperson, it is your task to help the customer find the right car for their individual needs. This is a job where you build long-term relationships with customers, and your ability to create a good reputation for both yourself and Niemi Bil is what determines your long-term success.

Who are we looking for?

At Niemi Bil, we have high demands on quality, commitment, and the willingness to learn. Therefore, we are looking for you who love competition, are result-oriented, and have a strong business sense. You possess natural drive, always ready to do that little extra. You appreciate change and thrive in an environment where things happen and decisions are made quickly. Furthermore, we are looking for you who have good communication skills.

  • You have at least two years of work experience.
  • Experience in previous sales work is a requirement, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Have a B driver's license (manual)
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English (more languages are an advantage)

You will work at our facility in Kiruna. The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. We offer a secure employment with collective agreement and pension plan. We care about our employees' health by offering a wellness allowance.
