Restaurant Himlen is located on the 25th and 26th floors of Skrapan right on Götgatan. Our ambition is to provide our guests with a holistic experience in an environment with a fantastic view and a relaxed southern Stockholm vibe. Our two restaurants maintain high quality in both food and drink as well as service. We are looking for

We are looking for someone who loves food and wants to give our guests a memorable experience. You have a passion for cooking, thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment, and are quality-conscious. You enjoy being part of a team whose common goal is to create the best possible experience for our guests. You should be accustomed to handling a high pace as our restaurants are well-visited. You also have the ability to ramp up when needed and ensure that you always have a well-organized mise en place.

Experience

• Relevant education or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience from an à la carte kitchen.
• You preferably have knowledge of cooking from other parts of the world.
• If your strength lies in the cold kitchen, we would like you to also have a desire to develop in the hot kitchen.
