Workly is a modern HR platform targeting companies with 20 to 100 employees – a segment with significant needs but often lacking an internal HR department. We combine technology and HR services in a unique offering where we not only deliver a system but also act as the customer's external HR partner. Demand is growing rapidly, and we are scaling our delivery organization.

With increased customer growth, we are looking for an HR Consultant who wants to work closely with customers and contribute to shaping the future of HR delivery.

About the role 📋

As an HR Consultant at Workly, you work in a broad and consultative role where you are responsible for your own customers. You support them in their HR work, both operationally and advisory, building long-term relationships over time. A natural part of the role is also helping customers work efficiently in our platform and get the full value out of it in their HR processes.

Through close dialogue, you gain a good understanding of the customer's needs, creating the conditions to develop the collaboration over time. Your customer portfolio will grow over time, and you will be responsible for multiple customers simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing own customers from onboarding to ongoing collaboration on the platform.
• Supporting managers in operational and strategic HR matters.
• Acting as a advisory partner and building long-term relationships.
• Monitoring customer needs and contributing to developing the collaboration through upselling.
• Sharing insights and improvement suggestions with colleagues and Workly's product team.

Who are you? 🙋

You thrive in a role where you can combine HR expertise with personal responsibility and close dialogue with customers. You are confident in your skills and accustomed to working independently.

Experience and competencies:

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in broad HR work.
• You are experienced in supporting managers or customers in an advisory role.
• You enjoy a role involving customer contact and relationship building.
• You are structured and self-driven.
• You have a business-minded approach and a good understanding of operational needs.

Merits:

• Experience in a consulting role or a role with customer responsibility.
• Experience from HR in small or growing companies.
• Good system proficiency.

Employment type: Full-time, permanent (6-month probation period applies).

Compensation: Fixed base salary with the possibility of variable compensation linked to performance.

Location: Uppsala, office near the central station.

Flexibility: Primarily working from one of our offices (Uppsala / Gävle) with the possibility of working from home one day per week.
