About the role

At Adecco, we are continuously recruiting students and retirees for upcoming assignments with our clients. We are currently looking for you who want assignments with an administrative and service-oriented character. The work will be carried out on an as-needed basis throughout the summer and autumn. This is an opportunity for you who are flexible and can work individual days or shifts.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will perform tasks that require attention to detail, responsibility, and professional interaction. The duties may vary but can include:

• Interaction and service towards users/customers
• Preparatory work for ongoing activities
• Practical and administrative support
• Supervision and follow-up according to established routines
• Handling and documentation of any deviations
• Independent work as well as teamwork

The work is carried out according to clear instructions and routines, with a focus on structure and quality.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education and thrive in a role involving responsibility and service. You have good IT and system skills, as well as linguistic proficiency.

We would like you to be:

• Detail-oriented and structured
• Service-oriented with a professional attitude
• Responsible and reliable
• Able to work both independently and in a team

You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of English. Previous experience in similar work is meritorious but not a requirement – personal suitability is highly valued.

About the employment

The position is part of our staffing operations. You will be employed by Adecco and work at our client's premises. The assignment is ongoing in nature, and start dates are agreed upon when needs arise.
