About the role

As a System Integrator at BMS, you work in the field with the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of control and regulation systems in various types of buildings, ranging from municipal structures to commercial properties that truly stand out. You ensure that systems function as intended, on-site, with direct customer contact. Our clients include construction companies, municipal and state-owned property companies, commercial actors, as well as ventilation and plumbing contractors. The assignments are varied, and you have great freedom under responsibility – no two days are alike. BMS also works internationally, which means overseas assignments to countries such as Japan.

Typical responsibilities:

• Installation and connection of controllers, sensors, actuators, and fieldbus systems
• Commissioning and functional testing of control and regulation systems
• Programming and parameter setting of regulators and controllers
• Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
• Preventive service and adjustment of HVAC systems
• Documentation of completed work

Your profile

You are meticulous, technically curious, and enjoy solving problems on-site. You take responsibility for your work and are accustomed to having direct contact with customers and other tradespeople on the job site.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Upper secondary education in electrical engineering, HVAC, or building automation, or equivalent experience
• Experience as a control technician or in a similar role within building automation
• Experience with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and M-bus
• Basic understanding of HVAC – heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
