Where you will work

We are currently looking for nurses for hourly positions at our three locations: S:t Anna and Riggargatan in Nyköping, as well as Björkgården in Tystberga. All locations have nurses on duty around the clock. As a nurse, you will be part of and lead the care work, ensuring care competence within the team surrounding the resident. Your task is to assess, plan, execute, evaluate, and document healthcare interventions based on each individual resident's conditions and needs, in accordance with a salutogenic approach. Therefore, you must be comfortable making decisions, both independently and together with colleagues.

You share your knowledge and skills. You are receptive, able to work both independently and in teams with doctors, care staff, and external contacts. You are clear in your communication, quick to adapt to systems and new technology, have a positive attitude, and see it as your natural responsibility to contribute to safe care and a positive work climate.

Job Description

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for all three locations with a start date of 2026-06-01. Employment is ongoing.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required

Merits

We would prefer that you have previous experience within elderly care.

A police certificate of good conduct is required before we offer employment. We also require a work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
