The Role: The role focuses on supporting production lines for packaging, vial filling, as well as labeling/printing. This includes providing technical support during the validation of new equipment and driving continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement improvements in existing manufacturing processes on automated assembly lines.
• Participate practically in the modification and upgrading of existing equipment.
• Take responsibility for production lines to resolve technical issues and improve cost-efficiency.
• Design, document, and qualify fixtures for assembly, testing, and inspection.

Basic Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a design or production engineer.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in medical technology, cGMP, and ISO 13485 is required.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, testing, Lean principles, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience with validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), 3D/2D CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), conceptual understanding of automation equipment. Good proficiency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
