We are looking for a Receptionist & Office Coordinator for a summer temporary position with one of our clients in Gothenburg, between Week 25–29. This is a perfect role for you if you are social, driven, and enjoy having a central function in the office. You will become an important part of the operations and be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and well-functioning work environment.

Here you will work in an international environment alongside engineers and colleagues from various parts of the world, meaning you will use both Swedish and English in your daily communication.

The assignment runs between Week 25–29 (June 15th to July 17th), with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.

There will be an on-site training period before Week 25 to ensure the replacement feels confident in processes and routines, as well as familiar with the building.

About the role

As an Office Coordinator, you will have a varied and active daily routine where you are responsible for reception and office services, while also broadly supporting the business. The role involves a lot of movement and interaction with colleagues, making it suitable for someone who thrives on being active and helping out where needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Staffing the reception and welcoming visitors
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and general office matters
  • Supporting colleagues with practical and administrative queries
  • Ensuring the office is presentable and runs smoothly
  • Managing mail, deliveries, and ordering office supplies
  • Administering parking and related permits
  • Assisting with events, meetings, and conferences
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding (e.g., SIM cards, access cards)
  • Contributing to a pleasant and professional office environment

You are expected to take initiative, solve problems, and independently follow up on issues to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is social, confident, and service-oriented
  • Has a proactive work attitude and enjoys taking responsibility
  • Is solution-oriented and not afraid to find answers when they are not immediately available
  • Thrives in an international environment
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Has a valid B-category driver's license

Previous experience in service, reception, or office administration is an advantage.
