About the role

This is not your average marketing job. Vendion is a premium brand in an industry full of boring POS systems, and you are the person who ensures we are seen and heard. You do the work – you don't just brief someone else to do it. Concept, script, filming, editing, publishing, advertising. The whole chain.

You travel to restaurants across Sweden to film restaurateurs, capture the daily life in the kitchen, and build the story of how Vendion is changing the industry. You produce content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and vendion.com. You manage Meta advertising – building audiences, testing creative assets, and optimizing for leads. You work closely with the founders and have the freedom to shape how Vendion sounds and looks.

We are primarily recruiting in Lysekil. From here, you head out to customers and recordings around the country – travel is an ongoing part of the job.

We are looking for someone who...

• Has experience creating content from idea to publication
• Is comfortable behind the camera – and in front of it
• Has a strong eye for image, video, and copy
• Writes fluent Swedish – English is a plus
• Knows Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – or learns quickly
• Has a B-driver's license and good travel conditions – customers are located throughout Sweden
• Plus: Experience in the restaurant industry or B2B marketing
