We are now looking for an independent surveying technician for direct recruitment to one of our popular clients within land construction in Stockholm. The position includes favorable terms and development opportunities within a solid land and surveying company as a subsidiary.

Your Role

In the role of surveying technician, you are always one step ahead of daily production. You will be responsible for surveying work, setting out, and quantity calculations in both smaller and larger projects throughout our work area, which spans the entire Greater Stockholm region. As a surveying technician, you will become part of the project management and serve as a crucial link between the site manager, foreman, and craftsmen, making collaboration, communication, and responsiveness key parts of the job. We view surveying technology as a vital core competence, and you will become part of a well-functioning team with an exciting project portfolio.

As a person, you are structured and skilled at planning and organizing your work. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and are creative when it comes to problem-solving. At the same time, you are a team player who communicates and collaborates well with colleagues, suppliers, and customers in daily work, where you will play an important role in the team with your specialist knowledge.

Your Experience

• Relevant technical education or equivalent documented experience.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in surveying work from land construction projects.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
