At Colligo, we are currently looking for a Client and Consultant Manager to join our team working with physician staffing. The intended start date is September 2026, but there is some flexibility regarding the start.

Your responsibilities

The position, which is a consultant manager role, is called "Client and Consultant Manager" at Colligo as you will have broader responsibility for both consultants and our clients. As a Client and Consultant Manager, you will become part of our wonderful staffing team. Together, we are responsible for matching healthcare personnel with client needs. Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

• Heavy focus on calling new consultants and building your own consultant base from scratch.
• Drive independent and joint staffing processes where you work towards clear goals.
• Pitch Colligo to new consultants and clients in a convincing manner without giving up after a few setbacks.
• Responsibility for your consultants with ongoing service and follow-up.
• Create good relationships and long-term bonds with your consultants.
• Client responsibility for your own client area.
• Contribute to the company's success through your own ideas and suggestions.

About you

We are looking for someone who is driven, service-oriented, and fearless. It is important that you are comfortable working towards goals and are driven by results. The phone will be your primary tool, and it is important that you feel confident picking up the phone. You are a person who:

• Thrives on making new contacts and is happy to do the little extra to maintain good relationships.
• Thrives in a high tempo and is motivated by juggling many balls in the air.
• Has a good ability to meet many different types of personalities.
• Does not give up at minor setbacks but is rather motivated by them to move forward.
• Rather sees solutions than problems and is driven by challenges!

Previous experience as a consultant manager or working with healthcare personnel is desirable. It is also meritorious if you have an understanding of the Norwegian and/or Danish languages.

We are a young and innovative company that offers you the chance to join us on an exciting journey. We are an authorized staffing company operating throughout the country. We are growing steadily and currently have about 20 office employees and around 200 traveling consultants. Our business idea is focused on staffing physicians and nurses, and our clients are located throughout the country!

The position is full-time Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00. Some flexibility regarding working hours is available.
