To our plant group in the West, with a focus on Skaraborg, we are now looking for an engaged salesperson who is driven by value-based selling and creating positive results for our customers and Svenska Foder.

In broad terms, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through advisory services and value-based selling.
• Actively identifying and processing new customers.
• Achieving and preferably exceeding sales targets and budget results within your district.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• The ability to build strong and developmental relationships with both customers and colleagues. Previous experience in advisory or sales roles is preferred.
• Being self-motivated with a strong internal drive to achieve set goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as sharp business acumen.
• An understanding and application of value-based selling principles.
• Knowledge of crop farming, or a strong desire and interest in learning about this area.
• Good administrative skills, experience working with CRM systems, and basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
