Vittra Schools, one of Sweden's leading independent school companies with 24 preschools and primary schools across the country. Certified Teacher in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Technology for Grades 7-9 at Vittra Gävle

What we are looking for: We are looking for you who are a certified and eligible primary school teacher, primarily in the subjects of Mathematics, Natural Sciences (No), and Technology for grades 7-9.

We want you to have clear leadership and to have the student's goal achievement in focus. We see you as a teacher who builds your teaching on close pedagogical relationships with the students and who is passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities.

At Vittra, you belong to a work team, and therefore it is important that you are interested in participating in and contributing to collegial learning.

At Vittra, we want to be at the forefront when it comes to digital aids for increased goal achievement; therefore, it is an advantage if you are interested in and have experience using IT in your teaching, for example, Google Classroom, Google Drive, Magma. We also have a well-developed working method within Schoolsoft.

We value that you want to work in a team and, through the exchange of experience and competence, contribute to the collegial development in the work team and in the entire operation. We offer competence-enhancing work with a focus on teaching improvement that takes place both locally and centrally via lecturer and author Simon Hjort at Linköping University. This is based on the literature Effective Teaching and Deepening Students' Learning.
