In Swedish HR context "Personlig morgon" is unusual, likely means "Personlig" (Personal/Interpersonal) and "Morgon" might be a typo for "Mognad" (Maturity) or just part of a list. Given the list, I will translate as "Interpersonal skills" or keep it simple. Let's stick to "Interpersonal" or "Personal approach". Actually, looking at the list: Självgående, Samarbsförmåga, Strukturerad. "Personlig morgon" is very likely a typo for "Personlig mognad" (Personal maturity) or just "Personlig". I will translate as "Interpersonal skills" to be safe and professional).
- Collaborative.
