Damage Assessor with Breadth at Bil+ in Enköping – We Offer Breakfast!

About the Role

Are you looking for one of the most varied jobs in the industry as a damage assessor? Bil+ in Enköping is expanding and is now looking for you who has the competence to handle the calculation work for everything from passenger cars to heavy vehicles and leisure vehicles.

We are building a modern workshop where your expertise will be crucial for us to offer a complete damage service to both private customers, transport companies, and motorhome owners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform damage inspections and create calculations in Cabas for passenger cars, heavy vehicles (trucks/buses), and leisure vehicles (motorhomes/caravans).
• Evaluate damage on complex bodies and materials (e.g., sandwich panels and heavy chassis).
• Maintain close dialogue and negotiate with specialist departments of insurance companies.
• Ensure that calculations are technically correct and economically optimized.

Requirements for Experience & Qualifications:

Do not apply if you have no experience in damage assessment. We are looking for you who have a solid foundation in Cabas and industry experience. Some supplementary training may be offered internally for the right person, but you must have the documented qualification required to start working independently.

We are looking for you who:

• Have documented experience in damage assessment using Cabas.
• Possess good material knowledge and understand technical differences between different vehicle types.
• Are a sharp negotiator who ensures that every detail in the calculation is correct.
• Requirement: Category B driver's license.
• Meritorious: Category C driver's license (or higher) is considered a big plus.
