With an annual growth of approximately 60% and an annual turnover of around 500 million, there are great opportunities to influence our continued development. To strengthen our presence, we are now looking for an Account Manager in Norrköping – for you who want to help shape our journey!
About the role
In this role, you work closely with our customers, immerse yourself in their operations, and become a natural collaboration partner through change, growth, and operational challenges. This is a role for you who wants to build relationships over time, where trust, business understanding, and quality are crucial.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire customer journey and are the link between the customers' needs and Pokayoke's offering.
The role involves that you:
- Are responsible for the customer relationship from first contact to long-term management
- Build, develop, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and develop business opportunities through active prospecting
- Customize solutions based on each customer's needs, goals, and conditions
- Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure quality, delivery, and long-term value
You are based at our office in Norrköping and work primarily with customers in your region and surroundings. Travel may occur.

- Have experience with customer relationships in a similar role, preferably within staffing or logistics
- Are accustomed to working independently and taking ownership of your customer dialogues and business
