Citizens' School (Medborgarskolan) in Kungälv is looking for engaged and inspiring course leaders.

Citizens' Schools operate nationwide, and our courses and cultural activities engage nearly one million participants every year. We welcome everyone, and our ambition is to stimulate knowledge-seeking, personal creativity, and civic engagement. We combine enjoyable learning methods with high demands for quality and competence. Citizens' School Region West, with its regional office in Gothenburg, covers Västra Götaland and Halland.

We are looking for you who are a knowledgeable and pedagogical leader for our Turkish courses starting in autumn 2026. You are passionate about the subject you wish to teach and want to share your knowledge with others.

You enjoy meeting new people and have previous experience working with adults.

As a person, you are empathetic, structured, and strive for high quality and satisfied course participants. You have a social personality and are skilled at building relationships.

Teaching takes place in the form of group instruction, and you will work as a circle leader (course coordinator). Working hours are scheduled for afternoons and evenings. Therefore, it is important that you are open to varied working hours. The position is a fixed-term employment based on specific objects/courses, and a collective agreement applies.
