Are you an experienced site supervisor with a passion for working on complex projects?

We are expanding and are now looking for driven site supervisors for a large, exciting project in Gävle!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in daily operations and follow up on the project throughout all stages of the production process: initiation, execution, and closure.
• Ensure that the project is carried out according to the customer's expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, working environment, laws, and agreements.
• Drive working environment issues at the job sites in accordance with the company's goal and action plans.
• Contribute to the creation and review of schedules.
• Assist in work preparation together with the project staff.
• Approve time reports for your own staff.
• Ensure that estimates and tenders align with the decision-making process and profitability goals.
• Create production budgets, review invoices, and financial lists.
• Be responsible for the financial reconciliation of the project together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in tenders and business closures, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with the customer.
• Distribute resources optimally within the project and assignments.
• Participate in project closure according to established routines and feedback within the site organization.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a site supervisor within civil engineering and infrastructure.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience in personnel management and leading contracting operations.
• Knowledge of the entire contracting process within civil and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of IT tools.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
