Job Responsibilities

As a Plumber/HVAC Technician with us, you work with operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in our properties. You play a key role in ensuring that our housing and premises function as they should, while meeting our tenants with good customer service.

The work includes, among other things:

• Service, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and HVAC installations
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to heating, water, and sanitation
• Planning maintenance work and minor installation tasks
• Contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
• Participation in developing and improving the technical standard of the properties

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education within plumbing/HVAC or have corresponding work experience. And who have experience working as a plumber or HVAC technician. You are self-motivated, responsible, and enjoy finding solutions in daily work. It is an advantage if you have experience working in residential properties or with service assignments.

You have a professional attitude and enjoy interacting with people. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and feel comfortable working both independently and together with colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A manual driver's license (Category B) is required.
