Sandvikenhus offers attractive and secure housing and premises with high service levels. We develop and enhance apartments, residential areas, and living environments. We plan and lead projects, acquire and manage properties and land.
Our buildings have seen several generations of Sandviken residents grow up; ever since the company was founded in 1962. When we change and build new, it is to create a vibrant Sandviken with attractive residential environments for many years to come. The housing we manage and plan today should still be part of an attractive Sandviken in fifty or one hundred years.
We are a non-profit housing company, which means partly that we contribute to the housing supply in the municipality and partly that we have a social responsibility. It is important to us that we contribute to positive development and growth in Sandviken Municipality, which we do, among other things, by collaborating with various companies, organizations, associations, and events working for these issues.
