Project Manager with Technical Background at Akkodis!

We are currently looking for technically skilled project managers to strengthen our consulting team and contribute to exciting assignments within industry, energy, and infrastructure.

About the role:

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to lead development projects, streamline processes, and create value for some of Sweden's most interesting companies. You will play a central role in driving projects forward, from planning to delivery, and collaborate closely with both technical specialists and business representatives. Responsibilities:

The assignments vary depending on the client and industry, but typical responsibilities may include:

• Project management from start to finish, with responsibility for time, budget, and quality
• Follow-up on project goals and deliverables according to the client's specifications
• Lead cross-functional teams within technology, production, procurement, or IT
• Risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder dialogue
• Coordination of technical changes and updates
• Reporting to steering groups and other stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project methodology and workflows

Qualifications:

• Technical university degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial economics, or similar
• Experience in project management within technical environments, both operationally and strategically
• Knowledge of project methodologies such as PMI, IPMA, Agile, or similar
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Certification in project management (meritorious but not required)
• Driver's license category B is meritorious
