Our solutions play a key role in the energy transition and are used in off-grid energy, hydrogen applications, the automotive industry, and other sectors with growing PVD needs. The company is headquartered in Linköping and has production facilities in both Linköping and Shanghai.

We are now looking for an engaged operator for Coating Services Sweden. In this role, you will work practically with the coating production of customer parts and be responsible for several steps in the process – from delivery to dispatch. You will also contribute to preparations, machine maintenance, and continuous improvements in the operations.

Responsibilities

• Production of coatings according to established routines and preparations.
• Work with the entire coating process: arrival control, washing, coating, quality control, and packaging.
• Preparations for the next assignment, such as material withdrawal, blasting, washing, and machine setup.
• Daily checks as well as ongoing maintenance, service, and simpler repairs of equipment.
• Active participation in improvement work within Coating Services.

We are looking for someone who

• Thrives in practical work in a production environment.
• Is flexible, detail-oriented, and can handle periods of high pace.
• Has a clear focus on quality and preferably works well in a team.
• Has experience in industrial production and is proficient in English, both spoken and written.
