Description

We are expanding our staff at Gillersgården with three dedicated nursing assistants who wish to support our residents in their daily lives in a structured and goal-oriented manner. We work from a rehabilitative approach where your focus lies on the resident's skills, abilities, and individual needs.

Gillersgården is a care and support residence where residents have individual and extensive care needs. We are looking for you who want to contribute to giving residents a secure and dignified life through a goal-oriented and positive approach. Responsibilities

• Perform care tasks and handle medication according to delegation.
• Plan and develop the work together with other staff.
• Create and follow implementation plans.
• Take on representative duties/areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Education in nursing/care.
• Experience in care work and dementia diseases.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to document in writing in the operational systems required by the business.
• You have good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude.
• The work is based on the resident's needs and requires a solution-focused approach.

Conditions

We conduct ongoing selection in this recruitment, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Working hours include day/evening shifts and weekend duties. The start date is by agreement. Probationary employment may apply.
