Christians School Oasen is a free school based on Christian values. We currently have approximately 120 students, from preschool class to grade 9, with an after-school program. Despite our small size, we have a diverse student body and work with mixed-age groups. Here, we want all students to feel safe, respected, and to develop.

We are looking for a qualified teacher in textile crafts for grades 3–9, starting from the autumn term of 2026. You will be part of a work team and will be the main responsible person for the crafts subject, working together with our wood and metal pedagogy teachers.

The position is 20% and all lessons are held on Wednesdays. The position can preferably be combined with other vacant positions at the school.

We require a working style where flexible thinking is natural, good collaboration skills, and a genuine desire to build good relationships.

We place great emphasis on pedagogical leadership in the classroom. We are looking for someone who can motivate and create engagement while being a clear leader. You are confident in yourself, and through your way of leading and organizing, you create a safe and educational classroom situation. We are convinced that order, clarity, and transparency, combined with sensitivity and care, bring out the best in our students. Good judgment and high integrity are important as we want you to be an adult role model for the students. It is also important that you can uphold the school's Christian profile.
