Receptionist at Best Western Hotel at 108

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist to join our team at Best Western Hotel at 108. Are you a warm and professional person who is passionate about creating first-class guest experiences? Then we would love to meet you!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a receptionist here, you are an important part of the guest's overall experience. You work in the heart of the hotel, our reception, handling check-ins and check-outs, bookings, guest services, and administrative tasks. We are a small and tight-knit team, which means you will also be a key resource in our restaurant. You enjoy switching between different tasks and naturally step in wherever needed.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Checking guests in and out according to hotel procedures
• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Receiving and registering bookings
• Handling payments and invoicing
• Assisting guests with inquiries, bookings, and practical questions
• Actively working on upselling and creating added value for our guests
• Contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere within the team
• Working in the restaurant during dinner service

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and has a natural sense for service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and see every guest interaction as an opportunity to make an impression. Switching between the reception and the restaurant feels natural to you; you are unpretentious and always ready to support the team.

We would like you to have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in hotel reception, restaurant, or another service role
• Good computer skills
• Experience with booking systems (HotSoft and Mews are advantageous)
• An interest in the hotel and service industry
• Be at least 20 years old (some tasks require this by law)
