Christian School Oasen is a free school based on Christian values. We currently have approximately 120 students from preschool class to grade 9, with after-school care activities. Despite its small size, the school has a great diversity and works with mixed-age groups. Here, we want all students to feel safe, respected, and to develop.

We are looking for a qualified teacher in woodwork for grades 3–9, starting from the autumn term 2026. You will be part of a team and will be responsible for the craft subject, working together with colleagues specializing in textile and sewing crafts.

The position is 20%. We require a working style where flexible thinking is a natural part of your approach, along with good collaboration skills and a genuine desire to build good relationships.

We place great emphasis on pedagogical leadership in the classroom. We are looking for someone who has the ability to motivate and create engagement while being a clear leader. You are confident in yourself and, through your leadership and organization, create a safe and educational classroom environment. We are convinced that order, clarity, and transparency, combined with attentiveness and care, bring out the best in our students. Good judgment and high integrity are important as we want you to be an adult role model for the students. It is also important that you can uphold the school's Christian profile.
