We are now looking for part-time employees for the customer service role at Parkster in Lund. This role is perfect for you who want to combine structure with flexibility – and who thrive during periods of higher tempo.

As a customer service agent, you are the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. You work in a team where service, collaboration, and problem-solving are central.

The workload varies throughout the month. From around the 16th for approximately two weeks, the pace is higher, and you are expected to work more intensively. During other periods, the demand is lower, allowing for more flexibility. Therefore, this role suits you who appreciate variation but still want a secure part-time foundation.

• Part-time, approx. 50–70%
• Location in Lund (possibility of remote work after introductory training)
• Working hours: day, evening, and weekend

Right now, we are building a candidate pool for upcoming needs. This means that onboarding and start dates are planned for after the summer, once we have the right candidates and a clearer staffing need. If a need arises earlier, an earlier start may be possible.

The employment begins with an introductory training on-site at the office in Lund, lasting approximately 2–3 weeks, before you work more independently.

• Has excellent Swedish skills, both spoken and written
• Has a high school education
• Has previous work experience
