What we do

At Vinto, we sell mobile subscriptions from 3 to private customers at heavily discounted prices. We work with the phone and modern sales tools, and we are good at what we do. One of our own was recently named the best salesperson in all of Sweden, among over 200 salespeople and 15 offices.

We are located in Turning Torso – an office that actually matches our ambition. View over all of Malmö, a lounge area, top-class coffee machine, and free access to Red Bull. But that is not why you should apply for the job.

The reality – read this carefully

Most people who quit do so during the first few weeks. Not because the job is impossible – but because they did not know what they were getting into.

As a new salesperson, you will hear "no" many times a day. You will have days where nothing works no matter how hard you try. Those who stay and succeed are those who see every "no" as training, not as a failure – they get up, adjust, and make the next call.

The guaranteed salary is there as security during the training period. But our culture is built on commission. That is how our best earn 40,000–50,000 SEK per month. If a fixed salary feels more important than potential, it is important that you know this before you apply.

We are looking for you who

• Are social and like talking to people – for real, not just on your CV
• Have a competitive spirit and want to be the best, not just good
• Speak Swedish fluently
• Can handle a "no" without losing energy
• Have a sports background or experience working towards goals (meritorious)

No sales experience is required – we teach you everything from scratch. But drive and mentality, we cannot teach you.
