Your role at Iver In this role, you will become part of our Cloud Operations team, which distributes and maintains our cloud platforms, including OpenStack. Together with the team, you will work on the design, implementation, and operations of our cloud-based platforms. This includes maintenance, alarm management, monitoring, troubleshooting, ticket handling (2nd/3rd line), as well as automation and improvement work. The role requires deep knowledge of Linux and Ansible. The position also includes on-call duties.

Examples of tasks: • Design and implement solutions in cloud environments • Lead and execute technical projects and migrations • Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team • Troubleshooting and optimization of operational environments

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you with several years of experience in similar roles with good knowledge of Linux & Ansible. You have a burning interest in technology and want to constantly develop. We also believe you have a strong interest in Cloud platforms and want to continue developing in that area. You thrive working in a team while having independent drive to bring your work to completion and always find new ways to test and improve how we do things.

Furthermore, we believe you have experience with:

• Linux Competence: Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.

• Automation: Experience with Ansible, Terraform.

• Scripting/Programming: Good knowledge of Python, Bash, or Go.

• Container Technology: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Infrastructure: Good knowledge of compute, storage, monitoring, networking, etc.

Advantageous: Previous experience working for a cloud provider is advantageous.

Location: Iver is present in 23 locations in the Nordics. For this role, you can base yourself at the nearest Iver office to you, but preferably from one of our offices in Karlskrona, Stockholm, Malmö, Landskrona, or Västerås.
