About the role

• Location: Norrköping and surrounding area

• Working hours: Irregular hours and shift work occur

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment (full-time)

• Start date: Immediately

As a CNC Operator, you will work with monitoring and operating CNC-controlled machines, ensuring that production follows drawings, dimensions, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing checks, and make adjustments as needed. The role also involves following routines, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable.

About you

As a person, you are detail-oriented, responsible, and structured, with the ability to maintain focus even at a high pace. You work methodically, solve problems in a calm and thoughtful manner, and are not afraid to ask questions when needed. You thrive in an environment where quality, safety, and collaboration are central, and you contribute to a positive work climate by being helpful, communicative, and easy to work with.

Since the work involves shift work, we prefer that you are flexible with working hours.

Formal qualifications

• Category B driver's license & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Previous experience as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry.

Meritorious qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience in CNC is a plus.

• Forklift license A+B

• Overhead crane license
