Leröy Smögen Seafood AB is looking for more food operators for our facility in Kungshamn

We are a complete supplier of fish and shellfish products to both grocery retail, restaurants, and institutional catering. Our production ranges from fresh and frozen fish products to processed delicacies such as smoked salmon, marinated shellfish, and flavorful salads.

About the role of Food Operator

In the role of Food Operator, you work with several steps in the production chain – from preparation to finished product. Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Prepare and handle raw materials, e.g., loading onto smoking carts or curing
• Refilling of materials such as raw materials, ingredients, and packaging
• Forklift operation and material transport
• Conduct quality controls and follow hygiene and safety routines
• Monitor production, address any breakdowns, and make adjustments as needed
• Participate in our continuous improvement work for an even more efficient and sustainable production

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a high-tempo production environment. You take initiative, are easy to work with, and want to contribute to a good work climate. Previous experience in food production is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the desire to learn and a positive attitude.

A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement – the right person will receive the necessary training.
