We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Servicedesk Agent to join a busy IT support environment within the public sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping users, solving technical issues, and working in a structured support team.

About the Role

As a Servicedesk Agent, you will be part of a central IT support function assisting users across a large public-sector organization. You will support a wide range of users, including healthcare staff, administrative employees, and other professionals, with IT, system, and telephony-related issues.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling incidents, fault reports, and service requests
  • Providing user support and technical assistance
  • Managing access and permissions (e.g. Active Directory / Azure AD)
  • Supporting IT systems, applications, and telephony services
  • Processing requests such as installations, access changes, and troubleshooting

You will work primarily via phone, ticketing systems, and remote support tools, ensuring all cases are properly documented and resolved.

Working Environment

You will collaborate closely with other servicedesk agents and IT support technicians in a team-oriented environment. The role requires strong communication skills, a service-minded attitude, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Working Hours

Standard working hours on a rotating schedule:

  • 07:00–16:00
  • 08:00–17:00
  • (Schedules may change depending on operational needs)

Required Skills

  • Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Windows 10 and Microsoft 365
  • Teams and Exchange
  • IT service management / ticketing systems
  • Remote support tools
  • Experience with phone-based IT support
