About the role

We are looking for an experienced rolling mill operator for one of our clients in Karlskrona. If you live elsewhere, there is an opportunity to commute weekly, as we provide accommodation and per diem. You will work with rolling and shaping of heavy plate steel with thicknesses between 25–30 mm. As a rolling mill operator, you will become part of a team responsible for processing and shaping various materials used further in production. The tasks include setting up, operating, and monitoring the rolling mill, as well as working from drawings. You will also perform measurements and quality controls, as well as be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the equipment. Start: According to agreement
Working hours: Shift work

Your profile

We look for candidates with experience in rolling and who are accustomed to working with heavy materials. Requirements:

• Industrial technical high school diploma or relevant experience
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Category B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have forklift and overhead crane certificates. As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good teamwork skills, as the work takes place at our clients' sites.
