About the position

We are looking for an experienced sheet metal worker for one of our clients in Karlskrona. If you live elsewhere, there is an opportunity to commute weekly, as we provide accommodation and per diem. The role of a sheet metal worker involves a variety of tasks, with a focus on renovation and reconstruction. In this position, you may work with rolling and bending, primarily through manual labor. You will also work with complex drawings, one-off manufacturing, where details rarely look the same. You will work with varying dimensions and sizes, and welding in different materials and methods may occur. Working hours are during the day, but shift work may occur. Start immediately or as agreed.

Your profile

We prefer that you, as an applicant, have:

• Professional experience in rolling and bending.
• Experience with welding in different materials and methods.
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings.

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Overhead crane and forklift licenses.
• Ability to handle gas cutters and plasma cutters.
• Welding licenses.
• Ability to perform full TIG test pieces.
