About the Position

This full-time position is located in the historic town of Bräkne-Hoby, just outside Ronneby. Nordic is situated close to the main road and train station, and nature is nearby for those who wish to enjoy their lunch break a bit more.

Job Description

We are looking for a person with extensive experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines or solid experience in electronics production! The role involves being the responsible operator for an SMT line and, over time, also an AOI line, including programming of these systems. Additionally, you will serve as Team Leader for our SMT department.

This is not a role for you if you want every day to look the same. You should enjoy changes in pace and be stress-resistant.

Qualifications and Experience

Extensive experience with SMT machines and solid experience in electronics production are mandatory!

Your personality and drive are important qualities. You are expected to be or develop into a role model for your colleagues through your knowledge, curiosity, and drive.

Attention to detail and a desire to always get things right are your key traits. You should be confident in yourself and have a flexible attitude towards new challenges, as we are constantly faced with new situations. Of course, you must work well in our team, but it is also important that you are an independent problem solver who takes initiative, as we believe people grow when given their own responsibility.

You have a high work capacity, are positive, unpretentious, and broad in your experience and interests. We are looking for someone who is eager and willing to learn new things, gets along with different types of people, is inspiring, inspires trust, and is more of a workhorse than a peacock.

We see that you have leadership qualities, experience as a team leader, or education in the field.

Good Excel skills and fluent English, both spoken and written, are required. Previous experience with SMT machines and electronics production is mandatory.
