Your responsibilities

The role primarily involves CNC milling. Your work will include:

• Setting up, loading, and operating CNC machines according to the production schedule.
• Running new programs and following the entire machining process with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Measuring and testing in the machine to ensure high precision of the parts.
• Checking completed work, documenting results, and contributing to continuous improvements.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in manufacturing, engineering, and planning to optimize workflows.

Your background and skills

We are currently recruiting a CNC operator for milling on behalf of our client. You likely already work in the industry and are passionate about delivering quality in everything you do. You must be able to set up and rig machines independently. The control systems used are Mazatrol and OPS Okuma. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding cutting processes is required.

As a person, you are engaged and ambitious. You are motivated by learning new things and taking ownership. You are goal-oriented and have prior experience in CNC and milling. The daily work requires you to be meticulous and detail-oriented, and you should thrive working both independently and as part of a team aiming for high targets. A valid driver's license (Category B) and excellent proficiency in Swedish are mandatory.
