We are now recruiting machine operators for loading and flushing at our facility in Karlskrona. Here, you will work with advanced cable processes such as loading, flushing, and production in our OS machines. Work with advanced machinery

As a machine operator, you will work with our cable manufacturing production, handling and monitoring machines such as the OS 70/60 as well as equipment for loading and flushing. You are responsible for ensuring an efficient and safe production flow, with a focus on quality and precision. The role involves both operational machine work and some system support in our IT systems, such as MES, where you register and follow up on operations. You will become an important part of a team where collaboration, structure, and development are key.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring OS60/70 & Dollybase
• Working with loading at various positions
• Ensuring quality in our areas
• Registering data in MES and stamping operations
• Contributing to order, structure, and improvement work

The position is located in Karlskrona and involves working in a 5-shift rotation. You will join an engaged team and report to the nearest production manager.

Quality in every step

You are engaged, detail-oriented, and thrive in a production environment where structure is important. You are motivated by teamwork and contribute with a solution-oriented attitude and a desire to develop in your role. You have practical skills and enjoy working with machinery, while understanding the importance of quality and safety.

Additionally, you have:

• Experience in cable or industrial production
• Basic technical understanding of machines and processes
• Experience with shift work
• Basic IT skills, e.g., MES or similar systems
• Ability to work systematically and follow instructions
• Experience with soldering or wheel loaders
