About the Job as Press Brake Operator

As a Press Brake Operator at Manpower, working on-site with our client Saab in Karlskrona, you will become an important part of the sheet metal workshop. You will primarily work with press brakes to shape sheet metal parts and ensure high quality in every step. The work involves bending and forming steel of varying thicknesses, as well as working with press brakes, smaller horizontal presses, and edge bending. You shape materials by bending over various tools in preparation for further assembly.

You work both independently and in teams, and are ultimately responsible for checking and approving your own work, which places high demands on precision, structure, and quality awareness.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have experience working with press brakes and sheet metal forming and who thrive in a practical role in production. You are responsible, self-motivated, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You work systematically, are precise, and have a strong focus on quality and precision in your work.

We see that you have:

• Experience working with press brakes and sheet metal forming
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance according to current regulations. For some positions, security clearance may imply requirements for specific citizenship.
