About the role

Do you want a varied role where no day is the same? At Ikett Personalpartner AB, we are now looking for a flexible and solution-oriented employee for a position with a client in the Olofström area.

In this role, we are looking for someone who thrives on helping out where the need is greatest. You will work broadly within production and workshop environments with varying tasks depending on the daily needs of the business.

We are looking for a true "work ant" who is unpretentious, proactive, and always ready to support the team. If you have a technical interest and previous experience from industry or a workshop environment, you will quickly get up to speed.

Start: Immediately
Shift: Daytime
Salary: According to agreement

About the company

The company is a modern mechanical workshop in Blekinge, focusing on contract manufacturing and advanced sheet metal processing. They work with laser cutting, press braking, TIG/robot welding, and the production of custom components in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The business delivers solutions to both large industrial companies and smaller customers, with a focus on quality, technology, and efficient production flows.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical background or experience from industry/workshops
• Is meticulous and responsible
• Thrives with varied tasks
• Is flexible and has good teamwork skills
• Is not afraid to pitch in where needed

Requirements:

• Forklift license
• Experience with machinery, maintenance, or workshop work

Merits:

• Crane license
• Overhead crane license

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good teamwork skills, as the work is performed at our clients' sites.
